Registration is now open for Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR): Learn to manage everyday stress, chronic pain, and illness more effectively during an 8-week workshop and retreat taught online via Zoom on Wednesdays with Nina Paul, a mindfulness and emotional resilience coach and meditation teacher at the GW Center for Integrative Medicine. This orientation session is 90 minutes. The workshop fee is $600.
