The GW Center for Integrative Medicine is holding an Online Mindfulness Retreat in January.
The GW Center for Integrative Medicine's online Mindfulness Retreat provides a valuable opportunity to be in community and experience some of the practices that are offered in the world-renowned 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program. The guided mindful meditations will be provided by Cynthia Powell and Nina Paul, MBSR teachers, and a couple of the practices will include gentle yoga movements.
