Join the GW Center for Integrative Medicine for an 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) workshop taught online by Nina Paul, a qualified MBSR teacher and health coach.
Participants will meet 8 Monday evenings for 2.5 hours with one all-day session from April 8th to May 27th, 2024 from 6:30-9 pm ET on Zoom.
An all-day session will be held on April 18, 2024 9:30am -2 pm ET.
