The Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, developed by Jon Kabat - Zinn, PhD, has emerged as an effective and empirically based method for reducing stress and suffering. The practices and philosophy of MBSR help us to grow our resilience, balance and peace of mind as well.

In this free online 90-miniute workshop with mindfulness coach Nina Paul, you will learn the four foundational practices of MBSR: Mindful Eating, Body Scan, Mindfulness of Breath and Loving-kindness meditation. This is an experiential workshop with periods of discussion and reflection.

Nina Paul is a lecturer of mindfulness at George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health, where she teaches college students, staff, and faculty the core practices of mindfulness and other stress-reduction techniques. She holds certifications through various programs, including Mindful Schools, UCLA, and is currently training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) through Brown University.
