The GW Integrative Medicine Programs invites you to an information session on how to earn a Certified Nutrition Specialist® credential from 5 - 6 pm ET on July 1, 2021. Join us for an overview on the steps and requirements needed to take the exam to achieve a CNS® credential. The session will be presented by Dana Reed, director of professional development for the American Nutrition Association (ANA), and Debbie Slutzky, manager of certification programs for the Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists℠ (BCNS℠).
Dana Reed directs all certification and accreditation programs within ANA and with its partners. Dana is a Certified Nutrition Specialist® and licensed nutritionist in private practice in NYC. She also serves on then ANA Board and the NY State Board of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Debbie Slutzky implements and executes program initiatives that support both the nutrition profession and nutrition professionals. She develops and operationalizes educational programs and relationships with partners to serve the needs of those engaging in the programs.
